-shop, act fake and say fakeness....fake has become a "real" problem and it's attacking our foods! There is some truth to the low-carb craze, there ARE a LOT of carbs that are bad for you. However, our bodies need carbs to function...just the right kinds.
Question: How much of our food is fake? Meaning....it's created, man-made, not natural, not from God or mother earth. How about a snack of dry white flour....of course not; by itself. So then, add water, salt, yeast, vegetable oil, sugar bake it...AND...whalla = white bread! Now take this same mixture, deep-fry it in hydrogenated fats and glaze it with sugar and poof = doughnut! So lets say you choose the right and you want to feel more virtuous just substitue for whole-wheat flour and honey and call it "health food." Lesson: none of these "mixtures" no matter how virtuous resemble foods that "nourish" our bods.
Secret: it is difficult to over-eat real foods, fruits, lean meats, veggies etc. Because these normalize blood sugar and reduce our appetites. Can you say the same for pizza, ice-cream or cookies? Personally, I crave more crapage after intaking these poisons and i feel Gross! They distort our appetites, allowing us to eat more than we need. Not a win-win. These FAKE foods perpetuate a vicious cycle of being hungry, eating, and never feeling satisfied.
So, what do they do? They give rise to your blood sugar and insulin levels and produce rapid weight gain. heh!
Lesson: if your food can't be shot or picked...don't eat it.
Secret: fake foods = cellulite on the thighs, which is a FAKE occurance. We were not created with cellulite...we do that to ourselves.
