Distribute Energy

Your body needs to be fueled according to your daily energy levels.

If you are more active in the mornings, your meals before and after your activity should be a larger portion size and contain a higher amount of carbs (primary source of energy).

If you are sedentary in the evenings, these meals should be smaller portions and contain more proteins & good fats.

Question: If you have cellulite is it possible to get rid of it? Or is it once it's there it's there??

Katie,
YES! The best and only way I have found to get rid of cellulite is to lose fat. Many people lose weight(not fat). They get smaller because they are losing muscle, but the fat is STILL there, therefore their cellulite stays. If you're losing fat, you'll see cellulite decrease. The best way to lose it is eat clean foods, do resistance training(muscle burns fat), and drink lots of water! Just make these 3 things a part of your lifestyle and in no time the cellulite will be a gonner!
