Make sure your desire to lose fat, increase energy & become healthier is a lifestyle change, not a short-term fix. Tell family and friends what your goals are. Surround yourself with those individuals that will support you in your goals. You don’t have to put your whole family on a diet. If you cook for the family, give them healthy options. Most people won’t even notice you are eating differently unless you call it to their attention. The only thing they may notice is your fat-loss, increased health and energy!
