It's been 6 weeks since I gave birth to my first son and now maternity leave is officially over. I think I have a hang of this Mother thing....which I LOVE!!!! So, all those who have noticed a pattern in my sporadic posts, I apologize. Now it's time for bloggin! Let's get our skinny on! I would like to know if there are some specific vitamins or suppliments you take. And also, I've been stuck at the same place for quite a while now and would love info on getting past a plateau.
How about diet tips for nursing moms? I cannot find any diet plans with meal ideas that don't require an expensive grocery list and and hour to prep the meal!
